Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation Classes

Drop-in sessions will teach individuals the basic foundations of mindfulness, attitudes of mindfulness, formal and informal practices, and how to live a more mindful life.

Classes are on Tuesdays from 5:30PM-6:30PM.

Tuesday, April 3rd class is from 6PM-7PM.

Drop-ins are $12 per person for each class.  Cash, checks, debit and credit cards will be accepted.

Specialized group/family sessions or retreats:  Do you want to try yoga and mindfulness with a safe group of your choosing?  Connect to customize the experience for you and your group.

Free Yoga with Chelee Frazier:  Chelee is currently in her teacher training program at Dharma Yoga in Syracuse and is offering free yoga sessions at Breathing Room. Connect to learn about her free Dharma yoga sessions. Chelee is dynamic, fun, and fully insured.
